Financing Your Son's 2012-13 Valley Forge Military Academy Education (PDF)
There is a limited range of financial assistance options to finance a Valley Forge Military Academy education – including scholarships, grants and loans.
Scholarships
Academic Scholarships promote and reward outstanding academic achievement of current cadets while enrolled at VFMA.
Performance Scholarships promote and reward exceptional performance and leadership and/or skill in Athletics, Band or Choir (audition required for band and choir performance scholarships; additional information required for athletic scholarships).
Endowed Scholarships provide assistance with varying need-based and/or merit-based criteria as specified by many friends and patrons of VFMA.
Grants
Many organizations and foundations provide grant assistance to students who meet their application criteria. Refer to the Private Scholarships link above for possible sources.
Loans
Some lenders offer loan programs for parents interested in elementary and secondary education options for their children.

Deadline
Our preferred deadline for financial aid is March 1st. Financial aid applications received after March 1st will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deadline extension requests must be made in writing to the Director of Financial Aid. Contact information below.
